Construction project management software for contractors and owners
ConstructINS is construction project management software that keeps a project’s schedule, cost, contracts, site and decisions in one place, forecasts the finish from what the site reports, and ranks what needs a decision today. It is for contractors of every size, developers and owners, and their consultants, in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the GCC, in Arabic and English. It imports Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project schedules and works beside your ERP.
What the construction project management software does
- Start from the project’s own filesImport a project from its registers — contract, schedule, budget, payments, procurement, site progress, quality, risks — from Excel, CSV, PDF and photos. A project starts from these files alone.
- Schedule and forecastImport a Primavera P6 .xer or an MS Project .xml. Links and lags are scheduled, the finish is re-forecast from the status date and the site reports on the working calendar, and the original plan stays beside the forecast — P6 stays your master schedule.
- One portfolioPortfolio, risks and decisions across every project, each recommendation with a reliability tier from the evidence it holds.
- Roles for contractors and owners47 job roles — among them owner/developer, the owner’s project manager, consultant or resident engineer, read-only client, subcontractor and auditor — each seeing only their own projects.
- Site to office in secondsWhat the site records — progress, a blocked activity, an NCR, attendance — reaches the owner’s screens within seconds and moves the forecast with it.
- Reports you would sendReports open with a cover, an executive summary, the decisions and actions, and a sign-off, and export to PDF, Excel or CSV.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best construction project management software for contractors?
The best fit is the one built for your records, your contracts and your language. For contractors in Egypt and the Gulf who want schedule, cost, contracts and the site in Arabic and English, beside an ERP, ConstructINS is built for exactly that — judge it by the criteria on this page.
Is it suitable for small contractors?
Yes. A project can start from a few Excel registers, and each person gets their own account with a job role. Access is arranged after a guided demo.
Does it work for owners and developers?
Yes. Owner/developer and owner’s-PM roles see their projects’ progress, cost, certificates and decisions; client accounts are read-only; and a developer’s unpaid certified payments show as payables.
Does it work with Primavera P6?
Yes. It imports P6 (.xer) and MS Project (.xml) schedules and forecasts from site progress, and P6 stays your master schedule. P6 and your BIM tools are connected in the pilot.
Can I follow up projects from a phone?
Yes. Every screen works on a phone in Arabic and English, and site staff record progress, attendance and photos from it.
Does it work with our ERP or accounting system?
Yes. It works alongside them: your ERP — SAP, Oracle or Odoo — is connected during the pilot, with purchase orders, cost actuals and tasks flowing in, while the ERP keeps the ledger, invoicing and payroll. ConstructINS adds the forecast, the certificates and the decisions.
Where is the data hosted?
Managed cloud in the region agreed for your deployment, Egypt-hosted, on your own servers or hybrid. A task that uses an outside language model may be processed outside Egypt; a deployment can keep every task on ConstructINS’s own models.
