F-01The film

ConstructINS in under two minutes. The problem — and what changes.

Why projects run late and over budget — in figures from the industry’s largest studies and Egypt’s own market — then the platform itself: decisions, cost, site, material traceability and reports.

What the film says, with its sources
  1. Every project starts with a plan. Almost none finish on it.
  2. Only 31% of projects finish within 10% of their budget — and only 25% within 10% of their original deadline. (KPMG Global Construction Survey, 2015)
  3. 9 in 10 large projects run over budget; overruns of 50% in real terms are common. (Flyvbjerg, Project Management Journal, 2014)
  4. 14 hours a week, per person, are lost looking for data, resolving conflicts and redoing work. (PlanGrid & FMI, Construction Disconnected, 2018)
  5. 48% of rework is caused by miscommunication and poor project data. (PlanGrid & FMI, 2018)
  6. In Egypt, the dollar went from EGP 15.77 in 2022 to about 49.5 in March 2024, while contracts were priced in pounds; rebar went from about EGP 6,000 a tonne in 2016 to EGP 46,500 in February 2024. (Ahram Online; Reuters; Kallanish)
  7. The average construction dispute in the Middle East is US$86 million and takes 15.5 months to resolve; the leading cause is contract obligations not understood or not met. (Arcadis, 2021)
  8. The data exists. It’s just everywhere. So decisions arrive late — after the money is spent.
  9. ConstructINS. Construction intelligence across every phase — one AI platform for cost, schedule, site, materials and decisions, in English and Arabic.
  10. See every project on one screen. Know what to do first. Protect the margin while there’s time. The plan and the site, finally in sync.
  11. Ask in English — or in Egyptian Arabic. Photograph it; it’s filed. Every lot, from the maker to the slab. Reports your board will actually read.
  12. One platform. Every project. Every decision. Book your demo — constructins.com.

Product screens in the film show demonstration data.

F-02On site

Nothing new to type on site.

Your site team keeps working the way it does today. What it already says, photographs and sends becomes the record — and an engineer confirms it before anything is saved.

  • Say the day’s work

Spoken or typed, in English or Egyptian Arabic. Names are matched to the crew and activities to the day’s plan, and it needs no AI to read.

“Rebar on level 9 is at 18 tonnes, done. Ductwork on level 4 is blocked, waiting for the GI duct.”

  • Photograph the paper

A delivery note, a measurement sheet or an invoice: the quantities are read off the photo and go into the day’s site record.

  • Keep WhatsApp

Messages to your company’s WhatsApp Business number arrive in the platform’s inbox, linked to their project. With no signal on site, WhatsApp holds them until there is.

  • Keep the Excel

The daily report, the BOQ and the programme the site office already keeps are read as they are — no Primavera or ERP needed to start.

“Is this job worth bidding — and can we deliver it at the price it will take to win?”

A-06Where the money leaks

Four leaks, each closed the same way.

Problem, the signal that catches it, the action to take, and the result you can measure.

leak_01

Margin lost to inflation, FX and late buying

Know what moved, what is recoverable, and when to buy.

  1. SignalCAPMAS index moves past the contract base; a buy window opens on a tracked material.
  2. ActionCompile the escalation evidence pack; buy inside the window or lock the price.
  3. Verified resultEGP recovered or avoided, and a forecast margin that holds.

leak_02

Work done is not certified or paid

See certification aging before the cash gap opens.

  1. SignalAn application passes 60 days uncertified, or a certificate 60 days unpaid; DSO drifts past target.
  2. ActionChase the named certifier or payer with the aging ledger attached.
  3. Verified resultLower DSO, overdue EGP recovered, fewer cash-gap days.

leak_03

Delay is discovered in the monthly report

Forecast the slip while resequencing is still cheap.

  1. SignalThe forecast finish on the critical path moves past the baseline.
  2. ActionChoose a recovery path priced in days, cost and confidence.
  3. Verified resultDays recovered, and liquidated-damages exposure avoided.

leak_04

Variations and notices lose entitlement

Connect every instruction to notice, valuation, approval and EOT impact.

  1. SignalAn instruction is issued; a notice deadline starts running.
  2. ActionServe the notice on time with the evidence pack; track it to valuation.

Proprietary ConstructINS modules, built for construction

Built for construction

Each module is ConstructINS’s own, written around how contractors in Egypt work — the BOQ, the program, FIDIC and Law 182 contracts, the Egyptian codes and market prices — not a general tool adapted.

Easy to connect

It reads the files you already have — Excel, CSV, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, PDF, Word, scans and photos — and connects to Odoo or any system through a webhook, WhatsApp and the phone. In the cloud, on your own servers, or both.

Light on resources

One service with its own built-in database — no GPU and no separate database server. The rules do the checks first and the AI is called only where reading or judgment needs it; a document is read once and kept, and you set a monthly AI spending limit.

Every module works on the same project data, in Arabic and English.

A-09What’s intelligent about it

From a signal to an approved decision.

ConstructINS doesn’t just show numbers — it detects the risk, estimates the days and EGP at stake, proposes the action, and waits for the responsible person before anything contractual or financial.

S-01Security & governance

Built to be trusted with your project data

Cloud, Egypt-hosted, on-premises or hybrid — configured per deployment. On the Egypt-hosted and on-premises configurations project data is kept in-region; the exact processing, storage and any subprocessors are set for your deployment and documented in a data-flow diagram provided for review before go-live.

What the AI sees, and where it goes

What is sent
Your question and only the records your account may see that bear on it — never the whole database.
Where it goes
To the provider you choose. Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini may process it outside Egypt, under their API terms. Your own Azure OpenAI resource keeps it in the region your policy allows.
Voice
Calls run through ElevenLabs, set not to save the audio or keep the transcript. ConstructINS does not store the audio either.
With AI switched off
Registers, dashboards, rule-based checks, BOQ arithmetic, reports and spoken or typed site updates keep working. Reading scanned paper, drafting and Ask ConstructINS need a provider.

A-17Questions buyers ask

Before you book a demo.

Access, data, integrations and pilots — answered straight.

01Can we sign up and try it ourselves?

Not self-serve. You request a demo, the Epsilon team walks you through the platform on sample data, then issues individual, time-limited access to explore it — ideally on one of your own live projects. Submitting the form never creates an account.

02Where does our project data live?

Where your policy requires: fully managed cloud, Egypt-hosted, inside your own network on-premises, or hybrid. On the Egypt-hosted and on-premises configurations project data stays in-region; processing and storage are set per deployment and documented in a data-flow diagram for your review before go-live. The one exception is AI: Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini may process a question outside Egypt; your own Azure OpenAI resource keeps it in your region, and every provider can be switched off.

03Which of our systems does it connect to?

Directly: Odoo, Microsoft 365 and Outlook mail, OneDrive and SharePoint, Google Drive, WhatsApp Business, Teams and the main task tools. Through their file exports or webhooks: Primavera P6 (.xer), Microsoft Project, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Aconex, Procore and Autodesk Construction Cloud. And your own Excel, CSV, PDF and photos. P6 stays your master schedule: the platform reads it and never writes back. The technical sheet lists every connection and its method.

04Has ConstructINS been used on a real project?

Yes — on a live-project pilot with Rowad Modern Engineering and EgySmart, with outcomes reported by Epsilon delivery teams against the prior manual reporting cycle (client-permissioned, not independently audited). The full case study and a signed client letter are published on the Epsilon site.

05Does the AI act on contracts or payments by itself?

Never. Read-only steps run immediately and reversible ones run inside limits you set, logged and undoable. Anything contractual, financial or safety-critical waits for a named person to approve it — and every recommendation shows its evidence, owner and the EGP and days at stake.

06Does it work in Arabic?

Yes — the platform and this site run fully in Arabic and English, right-to-left included, and site progress can be captured by voice in Egyptian Arabic.

07What does a pilot look like?

One project, 30 days, your BOQ and your current programme — P6 or Excel. You leave with a reconciled cost baseline, a top-ten exposure register, one priced recovery scenario, one payment or variation evidence pack, an executive readout — and a measured go / no-go decision.
