   Amounts keep their exact value everywhere: a EGP 250,000 bill stays EGP 250K in headers, Portfolio, reports, exports and Ask; totals are rounded once, where they are shown.

   Risk exposure: one probability-weighted figure on Portfolio, in reports and in Ask, with the gross figure beside it; a late-payment risk is raised only when a certificate is past its payment term, and is shown as prospective otherwise.

   Upload center (Portfolio → Upload center). Start a new project from its priced BOQ or just its key facts, or bring in a project already on site. Then upload its files as you have them, on tabs that follow the project: tender & contract terms, variations, claims & EOT, program, procurement, budget & cost to date, interim payments, workforce, site progress, quality inspections, NCRs & snags, handover checklist and risk register.

   Every module now shows an uploaded project’s own data instead of “No records yet”: Planning shows its program, replan and plans; Cost, Commercial and Contracts its budget, cash, contract and changes; Workforce and Crew its roster and plans; Site Operations its progress; Quality, Handover, Procurement and Risks their registers. Where a file has not been uploaded the screen names it and links to it. Portfolio figures for the project (progress, forecast, slip, health, headcount, open risks) come from the uploads, and the sample header figures are hidden for it.

   A selected imported project now shows its own data or a clean “no records yet” on every tab — the Project 360 “Planning/Cost/Safety” tabs, Handover, and the Portfolio, Command Center and Autopilot analytics no longer show another project’s sample figures under the header.

   Portfolio, Reconciliation and the AI now count the same projects — archived projects are excluded everywhere, so the header, the checks and the AI answer can no longer disagree; a reconciliation check now guards this automatically.
