Crew & Attendance: every worker's shift for the day, confirmed from the field (phone or CCTV verification) — start, each task and finish. A missed start escalates to the supervisor after 15 minutes and to the project manager after 45, and the board shows labor availability and trade gaps for planning, cost and procurement.
