   Both registers are on Materials & Suppliers, in Quality & Safety and Procurement, in the Upload center with Excel templates and samples, in Ask (where a lot came from, what expires soon) and in a new Materials traceability & store report.

   Requests for quotation, on Procurement and Tender Management: a BOQ package becomes an RFQ, the suppliers you already bought the same thing from are suggested, and you download the sheet and the letter to send. Each offer comes back as the filled sheet or its text, and the offers are compared line by line on one basis, against the Egyptian market range.

   Modules this affects: every screen the document updates — Procurement, Site Operations, Quality & Safety, Commercial… — with what changes there, and the screens it is only relevant to.

4. New · Release 1.63 · 24 October 2026

   Messages & letters (Contracts, Commercial, Procurement, Quality & Safety, Handover, Decisions and the Upload center): the week’s correspondence drafted from the project data — notices of delay inside their time bar, overdue certificates with their figures and the contract remedies, requests to decide pending variations and claims, supplier chases naming the activity a late delivery holds, NCR actions to the person responsible, blocking handover items, and the weekly progress report. Each in English and Arabic as a letter, an email and a WhatsApp message; edit, then copy, open in email, open a WhatsApp chat (with the roster’s number when it has one) or download the letter as a Word document. Nothing is sent from the platform.

   Every module now shows an uploaded project’s own data instead of “No records yet”: Planning shows its program, replan and plans; Cost, Commercial and Contracts its budget, cash, contract and changes; Workforce and Crew its roster and plans; Site Operations its progress; Quality, Handover, Procurement and Risks their registers. Where a file has not been uploaded the screen names it and links to it. Portfolio figures for the project (progress, forecast, slip, health, headcount, open risks) come from the uploads, and the sample header figures are hidden for it.
